One super healing food that everyone needs to start drinking today is yummy bone broth soup. Beef, chicken, fish, lamb, buffalo or whatever makes your taste buds sing, this culinary healing delight needs to be a stable in your household.

Growing up, my parents always made homemade Chinese bone broth soups. I remember our stove top always having a pot of soup brewing with creepy bones and medicinal Chinese herbs…and YES, we were suppose to devour this time honored traditional broth that was cultivated with culinary for 48 hours with huge smiles. Rolling our eyes every time my Dad would lecture us on the healing properties of the soup. I now reflect back and wish my parents were alive today to witness me not only making bone broth but blogging about it too. I now have adopted making this ancient traditional healing elixir for my family.

Digestibility- Bone broth is easily digested and soothing to the digestive system, unlike many other foods, which can be difficult to fully break down and assimilate. After all, a food is only beneficial, if we can absorb the nutrients (outside of undigested fiber).
