2. **Payment Requirement:**
Payment for services is required in full before the provision of services.

3. **Invoice Submission:**
We will promptly generate an invoice for you upon receiving your payment.

4. **Extended Health Care Benefits:**
**Our services may be covered by your Extended Health Care Providers**: Please refer to the list below of extended health care providers that cover ‘Registered Clinical Nutritionist’ services. We recommend confirming coverage with your insurance provider to ensure eligibility. If your extended healthcare provider does not currently cover our services, we encourage you to contact your plan administrator and request that our services be added, as shown by the list below.
